MarketFest 2012– Free Concerts in Downtown Redding
Ten Consecutive Thursday evenings in the Summertime, 5:10 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Free admission to the public. Attendance: 3000 to 4000 each night. This event is operated and staffed by Community Volunteers, in order to bring people to Downtown Redding.

- Redding is well-located, in the mid-point along Interstate 5. Great stop for bands touring west coast.
- Held on a Thursday evening - Band is done performing at 8:30 p.m. - Get some rest for the weekend.
- Good CD sales, and band keeps 100% of CD sales.
- Receptive, friendly audience and volunteers
- Great Accomodations at Redding Hilton Garden Inn; Quiet, safe location.

Downtown Redding MarketFest 2012 / Engagement Contract
This agreement must be signed and returned to Viva Downtown Redding, Inc., a non-profit corporation (herein “PRODUCER”) within 14 days of receipt by the Artist and/or Artist representative named below (herein “ARTIST”) and, in any case, shall be fully executed by all parties no later than two weeks prior to engagement date.

·Producer will provide a maximum of 2 (Two) double occupancy hotel rooms, approved standard, for the night of Thursday (month date), 2011, at Hilton Garden Inn, 5050 Bechelli Lane, Redding, CA.
