MarketFest Vendor Rules

·All licenses, permits and certificates must be prominently posted during selling hours.

·Vendors must accept stall space assigned by event manager.

·Vendors shall only sell items that are listed above and thereby have been approved for sale.

·Vendors must be completely set-up by 4:30pm and must remain open until 9:00 pm.

·Vendors must disassemble booths and depart the event site no later than 10:00 pm.

·Vendors shall maintain stall spaces in a clean and sanitary condition.  Each vendor shall remove

        containers, and waste before leaving the event and shall provide their own trash receptacle.

·Vendors are responsible for Terms and Conditions of Sales Tax, and Delivery.

·Emergency/Fire Lane must be maintained behind booth-approximately 4 feet in width.

I request permission to sell at the Downtown Redding MarketFest.  I have read the rules and attached MarketFest Artist Vendor Policies & Procedures and agree to abide by those rules and any other laws, codes and regulations that may apply.  I understand that this application/agreement attached constitutes a contract between me and/or my business and Viva Downtown, Inc.  I agree to cooperate with event management and to pay all required fees on time.  I understand that Viva Downtown, Inc. will not be responsible for losses due to theft, breakage, water, or other damage.
