IOOF Hall 1435 Butte St
Welcome –
Groups and organizations may hold their meetings, gatherings, and events in one of Redding’s great historical buildings right in the middle of current Downtown Development. Viva Downtown’s Community Space is located in The I.O.O.F. Hall. Viva Downtown a Main Street America Organization and The McConnell Foundation invite groups to use and activate this historic and affordable space for their events, public gatherings, meetings, and presentations.
1435 Butte Street Conference Room:
1435 Butte Street may be used for professional presentations and meetings. The conference room has 845 square feet of space and can hold 56 people. This space is located next to the California Street Alley on the west side of the building. There are two entrances on Butte Street and one entrance on the alley. The room can be converted many ways to accommodate a number of uses.
